titleOfInvention Process gas purification equipment
abstract [PROBLEMS] To appropriately remove (desulfurize) sulfur content in hydrogen sulfide contained in biogas produced by methane fermentation to purify highly accurate methane gas, and also to use siloxane in a gas containing siloxane (including biogas). A purification apparatus for a gas to be processed for appropriately removing gas and obtaining a purified gas with high accuracy is provided. By introducing a biogas, which is a gas generated by methane fermentation, into a processing vessel 3 containing an organic phosphate L in a pressurized state, the biogas and the organic phosphate L are brought into gas-liquid contact. Then, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and siloxane contained in the biogas are dissolved and removed (desulfurized) in the organic phosphoric ester L, and the methane gas is purified.
