Disclosed is a polypropylene resin modifier capable of improving the impact performance of a polypropylene resin with a small addition amount. SOLUTION: At least a structure in which a propylene polymer (a1) and an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer (b1) are ion-crosslinked with a (meth) acrylic acid metal salt (c) is extracted, and boiling paraxylene is extracted.
