Provided are a natural product-derived composition containing a high content of skillpsin B and a method for producing the composition containing the skillpsin B. A composition containing skillpsin B containing 0.2 to 99.9% by mass of skillpsin B is extracted from passion fruit seeds. Further, when extracting the skillpsin B, after pulverizing the passion fruit seed, at least one selected from a hydrous alcohol solvent and a hydrous ketone solvent is added, and the mixture is shaken or heated to reflux.
