abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a prism film, which is excellent in film processability and film handling properties and is excellent in formability. An extrusion process in which a transparent resin is melted and extruded, and an extruded film-like transparent resin 30 is sandwiched between a shaping roll 14 in which a prism shape is shaped and a narrow pressure means 20 to form a shaping roll. 14 is transferred to the extruded film-like transparent resin 30 while being cooled and solidified, and after the film having the transferred prism shape is peeled off from the shaping roll 14, it is further cooled by the cooling roll 16. In the method for producing a prism film through the cooling step, a transparent resin having a melt flow rate of 0.1 g / 10 min or more and 40 g / 10 min or less is selected. If a prism film is manufactured by this method and a polarizing plate is bonded to the obtained prism film, a prism film with a polarizing plate can be manufactured. [Selection] Figure 1 |
