titleOfInvention | Method for producing molded article having surface super fine uneven structure |
abstract | The present invention proposes that a free curved surface shape can be applied to vision and a new visual effect can be created by applying laser micromachining technology. In addition, by proactively adding laser-specific processing marks (shell marks), we propose an unprecedented view (sight) in reflection and diffusion. First, an energy density of a laser beam for performing processing at a predetermined depth is set on a processing surface of an object to be processed, and processing is performed when a laser beam having the energy density is repeatedly irradiated onto the processing surface. The number of shots in which a desired fine shape is formed on the surface is set. Also, calculate the moving speed of the laser irradiation area on the processing surface to irradiate the processing surface with the set number of shots of laser light, and move the processing surface with respect to the laser irradiation area at the calculated moving speed. Then, the laser beam with the set energy density is irradiated to form an ultrafine concavo-convex structure made of a processing mark by laser light irradiation on the processing surface surface on which a fine shape is formed.
