abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a multilayer heat insulation panel capable of suppressing the occurrence of cracks in a rigid polyurethane foam layer constituting the multilayer heat insulation panel. A method of manufacturing a multilayer insulation panel in which a phenol foam layer 1, a wire mesh 2, a rigid polyurethane foam layer 3, and an alpet sheet 4 are laminated in this order, and the rigid polyurethane foam 3 is manufactured by water foaming. A closed injection space 10 is formed on the surfaces of the phenol foam layer 1 and the wire mesh 2 that have already been formed, and a foaming stock solution is injected to form the rigid polyurethane foam layer 3, and foaming is performed from the side of the injection space 10. The nozzle 12 of the high-pressure foaming machine 11 for discharging the stock solution is inserted in a horizontal state, the discharge pressure of the foaming stock solution is set to 9 to 12 MPa, and the discharge amount is set to 40 kg / min or less.
