titleOfInvention | Inorganic chemical composition for fuel gas production from non-petroleum-based raw materials and fuel gas production method using the same |
abstract | A fuel gas or methane containing hydrogen as a main component is produced by using a glycerol aqueous solution derived from biomass resources or a mixed aqueous solution of glycerol and methanol as a raw material, and contacting the mixture with an inorganic chemical composition and changing reaction conditions. The present invention relates to a technique capable of obtaining a fuel gas as a main component. In the present invention, an glycerin aqueous solution or a glycerin solution is added by adding one or more active metal species aiming at a dramatic improvement in steam reforming activity and a third component that suppresses side reactions to the accelerator. Stable reforming using methanol-mixed aqueous solution as a raw material was made possible. Furthermore, by utilizing the difference between the hydrogen production rate and the methane production rate, it is possible to operate a fuel gas production process that is difficult to be constrained by thermodynamic equilibrium, especially in differential reactors such as flow reactors. It becomes possible. [Selection figure] None |
