abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber assembly including an ultrafine composite fiber obtained by an electrospinning method having high productivity and high practical strength. At least one of a first polymer layer containing a polymer having a volume resistivity of 10 15 Ω · cm or less and a second polymer layer containing another polymer is a composite resin raw material containing at least two polymers. A solid or molten sheet-shaped composite resin material 7 in which two layers are laminated is supplied, and a voltage is applied between the supply-side electrode 1 and the collection-side electrode 2 to charge the composite resin material 7 in a molten state. The fiber assembly 12 is obtained by accumulating the ultrafine composite fibers stretched by applying electrospinning. [Selection] Figure 1
