titleOfInvention | Adhesive member using organic-inorganic composite |
abstract | To provide an adhesive tape using an organic-inorganic composite exhibiting adhesiveness by external stimulation, particularly a release paper-free adhesive tape capable of double-sided adhesiveness. A polymer gel comprising a three-dimensional network structure formed of a polymer of a water-soluble radical polymerizable organic monomer and a water-swellable clay mineral is dried, non-adhesive in an air atmosphere, and water. Or the adhesive tape which has the organic inorganic composite which shows adhesiveness in the one or both surfaces of a tape by contact with an organic solvent, or heating. By using the present invention, a double-sided adhesive tape can be obtained without using a release paper, and it is not necessary to use a release paper that is discarded as industrial waste. For this reason, it is possible to manufacture a tape having double-sided adhesiveness at low cost, and adhesiveness is induced by water, solvent, pressurization, heating, etc., so that only necessary portions are given adhesiveness. The adhesive strength can be controlled at the time of use. [Selection figure] None |
