The cushion electrode 22 having the antenna electrode 21 integrally is formed by magnetizing the antenna electrode 21 on the magnet 35 provided on the magnet 34 and foaming the urethane resin stock solution 40 injected into the molding die 31. Thereby, the cushion material 22 provided with the antenna electrode 21 having a uniform thickness can be manufactured at low cost, and no void (cavity) is generated on the surface of the cushion material 22. In addition, since the antenna electrode 21 is firmly integrated with the cushioning material 22 and the followability of the antenna electrode 21 with respect to the deformation of the cushioning material 22 is increased, not only the antenna electrode 21 is prevented from peeling, but also an occupant is seated on the seat The touch at the time can be made good.
