abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide an antistatic optical film having excellent antistatic properties, excellent scratch resistance, and less antistatic humidity dependency. A layer formed on a transparent substrate film from a composition comprising a binder, a conductive polymer compound having a hydrophilic group, and a fluoropolymer containing a fluoroaliphatic group and a hydrophilic group. (A), the conductive polymer compound is present on the surface opposite to the transparent substrate film more than the transparent substrate film side in the thickness direction in the layer (A).
