titleOfInvention | Photoresponsive liposome and method for transporting substance using photoresponsive liposome |
abstract | The present invention provides a photoresponsive liposome capable of controlling the encapsulation and release of a substance by reversibly changing the liposome membrane shape and a method for transporting the substance using the liposome. It is produced by dispersing azobenzene lipid and phospholipid in Tris-HCl buffer. Phospholipids have a gel-liquid crystal phase transition temperature that is lower than the use temperature of liposomes (eg, room temperature). Liposomes are characterized by reversibly forming or extinguishing membrane pores on the membrane when different types of light are irradiated at different timings. It is preferred that the azobenzene lipid is KAON. Substances such as drugs can be enclosed in the liposome membrane or released out of the membrane through the membrane pores. [Selection] Figure 4 |
