abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a coated stainless steel sheet excellent in heat resistance, insulation, scratch resistance and workability. A surface of a stainless steel plate includes a coating pretreatment film containing an organic resin, a fluorine compound, and a titanium compound or a zirconium compound, and a coating film containing a flaky inorganic additive containing a polyethersulfone resin and glass flakes.
