abstract | [PROBLEMS] To prevent the adhesive layer component from oozing out or sticking out from the edge of the patch, to prevent adhesion of the patch or the like to the inner surface of the package during storage in the package, and to be easily taken out from the package. Disclosed are a patch and a patch preparation that are excellent in skin patchability and that can be easily peeled off from an adhesive layer of a release liner when used. At least one side edge of a patch or the like is attached such that the side edge of the adhesive layer is located closer to the center than the side edge of the support, and the release liner faces down. When the agent is placed on a horizontal plane, the distance between the upper surface of the support such as the patch at the end and the lower surface of the release liner is made larger than the thickness of the patch or the like at the center.
