titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof
abstract To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of realizing low ESR without using a lead frame having a special shape, and a method of manufacturing the same. Capacitor elements C1, C2, and C3 having an anode portion 6 formed on one side of the anode element made of a valve action metal and a dielectric film and a solid electrolyte layer serving as a cathode portion formed on the other side are sealed with an exterior resin 12. A solid electrolytic capacitor that is stopped and is connected to a solid electrolyte layer via a conductive paste 8 and has a metal electrode lead member 9 containing carbon on its surface, and a cathode connected to the electrode lead member 9 A lead 10 and an anode lead 11 connected to the anode portion 6 are provided.
