abstract |
A plating bath and a plating method capable of forming a plating film made of a copper alloy containing molybdenum at a high concentration are provided. A plating film made of a copper alloy containing molybdenum is formed on an object to be plated, and includes a copper ion supply source and a molybdenum ion supply source, and includes copper atoms in a plating bath.
