abstract | Disclosed is a diagnostic composition that can be separately observed when two or more kinds of conventional indocyanine green (hereinafter abbreviated as “ICG”) or similar compounds are used. The hydrophobicity of indocyanine molecules without changing the green chromophore (chemical structure necessary for exhibiting green color) and the near infrared fluorophore (chemical structure necessary for emitting near infrared fluorescence) of ICG. A novel indocyanine compound was found in which the hydrophobic site of the indocyanine molecule was coated with glucose by enclosing the sex site in the cavity of the cyclic sugar chain cyclodextrin. At that time, compounds having greatly different wavelengths of excitation light and / or fluorescence can be obtained, and the pharmacokinetics in the subject can be separately observed by using a mixture of two types of compounds having different wavelengths.
