A photosensitive resin composition having excellent sensitivity is provided. (A) a binder polymer, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. (A) As a binder polymer, (A1) an ethylenically unsaturated group and 2 A polyurethane compound and (A2) (meth) acrylic acid and / or (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester obtained by reacting an epoxy acrylate compound having one or more hydroxyl groups, a diisocyanate compound and a diol compound having a carboxyl group. The photosensitive resin composition which contains the polymer which has a structural unit based on, and contains (C1) acetophenone compound and (C2) benzyl ketal compound as (C) photoinitiator.
