titleOfInvention Golf ball material and manufacturing method thereof
abstract A golf ball used for the intermediate layer in a multi-piece solid golf ball comprising one or more cores, one or more intermediate layers covering the cores, and one or more covers covering the intermediate layers. A golf ball material comprising: (A) An olefin-nonpolymer having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 120,000 to 200,000 and a ratio of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the number average molecular weight (Mn) of 4.4 to 7.0. 100 parts by mass of saturated carboxylic acid copolymer and / or olefin-unsaturated carboxylic acid-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer, or metal neutralized product thereof, and (b) 50-90 parts by mass of organic acid or metal salt thereof A golf ball material comprising a resin composition containing as an essential component. [Effect] The golf ball material of the present invention can realize a highly neutralized ionomer having good fluidity and moldability, and a golf ball using this injection molded product as a cover material has excellent resilience and durability.
