A conventionally known method for measuring a test substance in a sample uses an expensive and large analyzer and uses a micropipette that requires skill in the technique, and for simple measurement. It was unsuitable. Moreover, it is difficult to accurately collect a small amount of sample with a simple sample collection tool such as an inexpensive and simple dropper. In order to obtain an accurate measurement value when measuring using a small amount of sample collected with a simple collection tool, a method for accurately knowing the sample collection amount is required. As a result of intensive research to solve the above problems, the present inventors put an internal standard substance, which is another substance not involved in the measurement of the test substance, into the reagent mixed in the sample, and the internal standard substance And an electrochemical measurement method for obtaining an accurate quantitative value of a test substance by correcting an error from a true sample collection amount.
