titleOfInvention Inspection method of bolt screw part in use
abstract An object of the present invention is to inspect the thinning amount and thinning area of a bolted screw part covered with a screw part in use. A phased array probe 3 is brought into close contact with an end face 2 of a bolt 1 in use, and an ultrasonic beam is applied while continuously changing a refraction angle in a diameter direction passing through the center of the bolt during one rotation. In an inspection method for receiving an ultrasonic echo that is incident and reflected from a screw portion of a bolt, a thinning portion is identified from a side view, and an axial length from the bolt end surface 2 to the thinning portion 5 is obtained, and the thinning is performed. Read the maximum amplitude value of the echo, find the largest maximum amplitude value from among the maximum amplitude values for each of the ultrasonic wave propagation directions, and calculate the half angle of the largest maximum amplitude value as the refraction angle. The radius of the thinned portion 5 is obtained using the axial distance from the bolt end surface 2 of the thin portion, and the depth of the thinned portion is obtained from the difference between the radius of the thinned portion and the diameter of the bolt determined in advance. .
