titleOfInvention | Fuel electrode material, fuel electrode and power generation cell for solid oxide fuel cell |
abstract | Ni-based alloy powder for forming a fuel electrode of an oxide fuel cell, a fuel electrode having a microstructure produced therefrom, having a three-phase interface as a reaction field, and power generation incorporating the fuel electrode A power generation cell with improved performance is provided. The compounding composition comprises Mg: 0.02 to 5% by mass, and the balance: NiO. A composite oxide of Ni and Mg is formed on at least a part of the NiO powder surface, and the Ni and Mg When the composite oxide is represented by the composition formula: Ni 1-X Mg X O, it has a gradient composition in which the value of X (where X is an atomic ratio) decreases from 1 to 0 from the surface to the inside. Ni-based alloy powder is used as a fuel electrode material of a solid oxide fuel cell, and a fuel electrode of a power generation cell is constituted by a cermet made of the Ni-based alloy powder and GDC, SDC, YSZ, ScSZ.
