abstract [PROBLEMS] To bring back a trace amount of Se contained in environmental water such as clean water, various effluents, ground water, river water, soil elution water, etc. for easy and quick visual fluorescence analysis and to quantify the sample with high accuracy. An analytical instrument that can be used, and a visual fluorescence analysis method and a two-stage analysis method for trace amounts of Se in environmental water using the same are provided. An instrument and method for visual fluorescence analysis using an adsorbent carrier such as a substrate or particles to which an inclusion compound such as cyclodextrin is immobilized, wherein an analyte in an environmental water is derivatized with fluorescence (Se-DAN or Cr). -DAN) and selectively taking it out, adsorbing it to the inclusion compound on the solid phase to excite the fluorescent analyte, and enabling visual primary fluorescence analysis.
