Cationic polymer particles and method for producing the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cationic vinyl polymer particles excellent in low hygroscopicity and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A cationic polymerizable monomer containing a quaternary ammonium salt having a long-chain alkyl group and a vinyl polymerizable monomer in an aqueous medium are obtained by emulsion polymerization in the presence of a cationic initiator, and moisture. The problem is solved by the cationic polymer particles characterized in that the adsorption rate is 2% or less and the production method thereof. [Selection figure] None |
