[Solution] A cloth adhesive tape in which a hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on a woven fabric surface side of a substrate having a layer structure in which a synthetic resin layer is disposed as a backing material on one side of the woven fabric, A synthetic resin layer formed from a synthetic resin composition in which the second synthetic resin layer provided on the synthetic resin layer or the woven fabric surface contains 30 to 300 parts by weight of a porous filler with respect to 100 parts by weight of the synthetic resin The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a foamed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a large number of closed cells formed by volatilization of a volatile substance, and a method for producing the same.
