Disclosed is a microgranulate formulation of a gastric proton pump inhibitor that has long-term stability and is insoluble in gastric juice. A gastric fluid-insoluble microgranule containing a gastric proton pump inhibitor other than omeprazole, comprising an active layer containing an active ingredient and an outer layer providing insolubility in gastric juice, respectively. Each of the layers providing insolubility is characterized by containing a hydrophobic material selected to increase the storage stability of the microgranules, and the microgranules are free of alkaline compounds and ionic surfactants Microgranules.
