abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody against an autoantibody recognizing TG-rich LDL, which can serve as an important tool in research and development related to TG-rich LDL, and TG-rich LDL using the monoclonal antibody A kit for simply detecting the TG-rich LDL and a method for detecting the autoantibody recognizing TG-rich LDL with high sensitivity. The monoclonal antibody according to the present invention specifically reacts with an autoantibody recognizing low-density lipoprotein (TG-rich LDL) containing a high amount of triglyceride. According to the monoclonal antibody of the present invention, various diseases involving oxidized LDL such as TG-rich LDL can be clarified, treated, diagnosed, and evaluated more effectively and easily.
