The monoclonal antibody according to the present invention specifically reacts with an autoantibody recognizing low-density lipoprotein (TG-rich LDL) containing a high amount of triglyceride. According to the monoclonal antibody of the present invention, various diseases involving oxidized LDL such as TG-rich LDL can be clarified, treated, diagnosed, and evaluated more effectively and easily.
