titleOfInvention | Radiation sheet and method for producing the radiation sheet |
abstract | Residual chlorine is not present in a conductive polymer infiltrated sheet, and the heat generated by the heat generating device can be efficiently dissipated. SOLUTION: A main surface 18a of a sulfur-containing π-conjugated conductive polymer infiltrated sheet 18 infiltrated with a sulfur-containing π-conjugated conductive polymer polymerized using ferric aromatic sulfonate as an oxidizing agent. In addition, the heat dissipation sheet has a configuration in which the metal layer 16 or 20 is in close contact with both or either one of the back surface 18b and the back surface 18b. The sulfur-containing π-conjugated conductive polymer infiltrated sheet is infiltrated into a solution obtained by diluting ferric aromatic sulfonic acid ferric acid with the first solvent, and then the sulfur-containing π-conjugated conductive polymer infiltrating material with the second solvent. Manufactured by infiltrating the diluted solution and polymerizing. [Selection] Figure 1 |
