titleOfInvention Potential difference sensor and potential difference measuring device using the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a structure that prevents an adhesion layer that is a base of a noble metal film of a working electrode element from being exposed and coming into contact with a measurement solution to cause a potential fluctuation factor during solution measurement. A metal film used for a working electrode element is composed of a first metal film and a second metal film, and after forming the first metal film, pinholes are formed on the exposed first metal film surface. A second metal film that does not exist is coated. Subsequently, a working electrode element for a potentiometric sensor is completed by immobilizing a redox material such as a ferrocene derivative on the surface of the second metal film.
