titleOfInvention Stereoselective synthesis of D- and L-peptides
abstract Disclosed is a method for producing a dipeptide having a D-amino acid at the N-terminus and an L-amino acid at the C-terminus, a derivative thereof, or a cyclized dipeptide thereof. A method for producing a dipeptide, wherein D-amino acid or a derivative thereof is used as an acyl donor and L-amino acid or a derivative thereof is used as an acyl acceptor and an aminopeptidase belonging to peptidase family S12 is used for the reaction. An aminopeptidase belonging to peptidase family S12, which can stereoselectively produce a dipeptide having a D-amino acid at the N-terminus and an L-amino acid at the C-terminus, a derivative thereof, or a cyclized dipeptide thereof.
