abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To create a novel sake lees fermented product obtained by using sake lees as a raw material and having a whitening effect superior to the fermented products of sake lees extract, sake lees enzymatic degradation products, and sake lees extract. It aims at providing the cosmetics which have the outstanding whitening effect by using as a compounding component. [Solution] The present invention uses as an active ingredient an enzyme-decomposed product of lactic acid bacteria fermentation product of sake lees obtained by combining fermentation of sake lees with at least one lactic acid bacterium and enzymatic hydrolysis before or during fermentation.
