titleOfInvention Frozen spermatozoa with improved conception rate and number of offspring and their production
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of stably producing frozen semen in all varieties in order to produce frozen semen and disseminate artificial insemination using the same. SOLUTION: The spermatozoa frozen after removing the seminal plasma maintain high motility after thawing, and when the sperm frozen after removing the seminal plasma is thawed, it changes into a fertilized sperm immediately after thawing. It has been found that fertilization efficiency decreases, and that the removal of seminal plasma, freezing, and addition of seminal plasma to sperm during thawing suppresses the acrosome reaction, resulting in an increase in conception rate. The above problem was solved by enabling preparation of excellent frozen spermatozoa. [Selection figure] None
