abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a silicone resin composition containing zirconia nanoparticles having excellent dispersibility in a silicone resin composition containing zirconia nanoparticles having a high refractive index. The average diameter of the surface treated with an organosiloxane compound having a vinylsilyl group (Si—CH═CH2) and a trialkoxysilyl group (—Si (—O—R) 3) at the terminal is 3 to 30 nm. The ratio (Y / X) of the molecular weight (Y) of the silicone resin to the molecular weight (X) of the organosiloxane compound is 3 or less, including zirconia nanoparticles and a silicone resin having an alkoxysilyl group at the terminal.
