abstract |
Disclosed is a method for dispersion of insoluble materials using a polymeric dispersant in which the dispersion is formed to have improved dispersibility and exhibits improved suspendability. A method for dispersing an insoluble substance in an aqueous solution comprising: Making a formulation comprising (I) at least one insoluble material and at least one dispersant containing agriculturally acceptable water-soluble alternating copolymer derivatives or agriculturally acceptable salts thereof; and The alternating copolymer comprises at least one first comonomer residue and at least one second comonomer residue, the first comonomer comprises an α, β-unsaturated oxyacid or acid anhydride, and the second comonomer Comprising an olefinic compound containing one or more polymerizable double bonds, and (II) dispersing the formulation in an aqueous medium.
