PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED To provide a stable composition of an acid labile drug such as a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). A liquid vehicle having a PPI and a pH usually above 6.5 and a viscosity sufficient to maintain a uniform suspension of PPI for 15 minutes. Furthermore, it includes (a) a first container containing a dry component including PPI, and (b) a second container containing a liquid component, and the first and second containers, when mixed, have a PPI of 6.5 or more. A kit is obtained which comprises a liquid vehicle having a pH of 10 and a viscosity sufficient to maintain a uniform suspension of PPI for 15 minutes. [Selection figure] None |
