abstract | An object of the present invention is to make it possible to prevent unauthorized remote control by a third party and to allow a user as a party to remotely control an electronic device without performing prior registration. A control device that controls an electronic device in a facility performs startup processing with a server device functioning as a DDNS server, and associates a MAC address with a host name (S101). The user of the terminal device performs a specific operation (S102) on the control device and transmits the MAC address of the control device to the server device (S105). The server device also receives the MAC addresses from the control device, collates them (S107, S108), and notifies the control device when the collation is successful (S109). The control device transmits a one-time URI (S111), and the terminal device attempts to access the control device using this (S113).
