Conductive emulsion ink and method for forming conductive thin film using the same |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conductive thin film made of metal nanoparticles on various substrates at a relatively low temperature in a short time and with a simple operation. After applying or patterning on a substrate surface using a conductive emulsion ink comprising an oil phase containing metal nanoparticles and a water phase containing a reducing agent of the metal nanoparticles and / or a photocatalyst, By subjecting the ink to heat treatment and / or UV irradiation, the metal nanoparticles are reduced to form a conductive thin film. It is preferable to perform heat processing at 40-100 degreeC. UV irradiation can be performed at room temperature. The oil phase contains at least a non-aqueous dispersion medium and metal nanoparticles dispersed therein, and the metal nanoparticles are obtained by an amine reduction method and are linear or branched having 10 to 20 carbon atoms. Those coated with a protective agent having an alkyl group are preferred. [Selection figure] None |
