titleOfInvention Welding bead toy
abstract Disclosed is a welded bead toy that can easily produce a welded bead with excellent design. A substrate member 2 having a horizontal base surface 11 in which holding recesses 12 for holding the bottom of granular beads are formed at equal intervals, and a base member 11 is provided so as to overlap the base surface 11 of the substrate member 2. Welding beads by a clamping member 3 for clamping the granular beads on the base surface 11 between the surface 11 and a clamping holding mechanism for holding the substrate member 2 and the clamping member 3 in a state of clamping the granular beads. After forming the toy 1 and arranging granular beads made of thermoplastic resin on the base surface 11 and supplying moisture to the granular beads, the granular beads are placed between the substrate member 2 and the pinching member 3 by the pinching holding mechanism. The granular beads were plastically deformed and welded to each other by heating with a microwave oven while sandwiching. [Selection] Figure 2
