titleOfInvention | Protein reversible dual labeling method |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a tag for labeling a target protein / polypeptide capable of dual labeling, wherein the “tag” part is small, reversible and specific, the labeling per target molecule is controllable. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for isolating a protein and a “tag” having such characteristics. The above problems have been solved by isolating three PY peptides, ePY, P4S, and P4W as ligands and tag peptides that bind to them using ribosome display. [Selection figure] None |
