abstract | Provided is a filling nozzle cleaning method capable of easily solving the problem of a current plate of a filling nozzle even in an aseptic chamber. A control valve 14 and a gas valve 15 are opened from a tank 2 to which a filling liquid pipe 11 provided with a control valve 14 and a gas pipe 12 provided with a gas valve 15 are connected. The filling liquid is supplied to each of the plurality of filling valves 4 provided in the container, and the filling nozzle 5 is filled with the filling liquid through the filling nozzle 5 to which the mesh 5a is attached. Then, the gas valve 15 is opened with the regulating valve 14 and the filling valve 4 closed, and the inside of the tank 2 is applied at a pressure higher than the pressure when the container B is filled with the filling liquid by the regulator 16 that regulates the gas pressure. A pressurizing step of pressing, and an opening step of opening the filling valve 4 to release the pressure in the tank 2 to the filling nozzle 5. [Selection] Figure 3 |
