titleOfInvention Method for producing hyaluronic acid gel and medical material containing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify a hyaluronic acid gel having poorly water-soluble transparency that does not necessarily require a chemical crosslinking agent or a chemical modifier. SOLUTION: Hyaluronic acid, water having a hyaluronic acid concentration of 5% by mass or more, and a carboxyl group of hyaluronic acid and an equimolar amount or more of an acid component coexist to maintain the coexistence state. A gel production method is used. In this production method, water having a hyaluronic acid concentration of 5 to 18% by mass and a carboxyl group of hyaluronic acid and an equimolar amount or more of an acid component coexist, and the coexistence state is at a temperature of −10 ° C. to 30 ° C. In addition, the hyaluronic acid gel production method may be characterized in that the hyaluronic acid gel is formed by maintaining the temperature at which the moisture does not freeze.
