PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which is excellent in productivity, can make maximum use of a reflection function of a substrate for mounting a semiconductor element, and can be made thinner. A semiconductor device comprising: a semiconductor element mounted on a semiconductor element mounting substrate; and a conductive metal pattern for connecting a semiconductor element bonded to the semiconductor element mounting substrate.
