titleOfInvention Stamper for molding, method for producing antireflection film, and antireflection film
abstract The present invention provides a molding stamper used for manufacturing an antireflection film in which a shaping mold is not clogged with a resin, no shadow is observed, and no bubbles are involved. Also provided is a method for producing an antireflection film using the molding stamper. A shaping region R1 having a shaping mold 23 for forming an antireflection layer having a projection having a period smaller than the wavelength of the visible light region and a height of the projection of 150 nm to 450 nm. A quadrilateral stamper having a non-shaped region R2 in which the shaping mold 23 is not formed, and the non-shaped region R2 is provided with a predetermined width L3 along one side of the quadrilateral, The above-mentioned problem is solved by the molding stamper 2 used for placing the curable resin 14 to be stretched on the shape region R1. Further, the antireflection film 10 is manufactured using the molding stamper 2. [Selection] Figure 2
