A fiber-reinforced molding material that is excellent in various physical properties such as moldability and smoothness, has a sufficiently reduced VOC emission amount, and is suitably used for automobile outer plates such as roofs and doors that are not isolated from the interior of an automobile. And a molded product thereof. SOLUTION: (a) unsaturated polyester, (b) vinyl monomer, (c) low shrinkage agent, (d) curing agent, (e) filler and (f) reinforcing fiber. The (c) low shrinkage agent comprises a polymer of a conjugated diene monomer and a block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a conjugated diene monomer. A fiber-reinforced molding material characterized in that at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group is essential, and (d) the curing agent is essentially t-hexyl peroxyacetate.
