A first kneading step in which at least one of calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide is melted and kneaded in a total of 1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin, and ammonium chloride 0.8 to 100 parts by weight of the mixed resin.
