titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of honeycomb structure
abstract A method for manufacturing a honeycomb structure having higher NOx purification performance is provided. A honeycomb structure including at least one honeycomb unit including a plurality of cells extending from a first end face to a second end face along a longitudinal direction and containing a zeolite ion-exchanged with iron ions and partitioned by a cell wall. (A) Step S110 in which (a) the iron ion-exchanged zeolite particles are heat-treated in a non-oxidizing atmosphere in a range of 500 ° C. to 800 ° C. to obtain heat-treated zeolite particles; b) Step S120 of forming a honeycomb formed body from the raw material containing the zeolite particles after the heat treatment, and (c) firing the honeycomb formed body S130 to prepare a honeycomb unit. Production method. [Selection] Figure 3
