titleOfInvention | Black curable composition for wafer level lens and wafer level lens |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a black curable composition for a wafer level lens that has excellent developability during pattern formation and excellent adhesion to the lens of the formed light-shielding film and the presence of the light-shielding film using the same. Provided is a wafer level lens which is adjusted and can be easily manufactured. A wafer level lens containing (A) an inorganic pigment, (B) a dispersion resin having a phosphoric acid group or a sulfonic acid group in the molecule, (C) a polymerization initiator, and (D) a polymerizable compound. It is a black curable composition. (A) The inorganic pigment is preferably titanium black. [Selection figure] None |
