titleOfInvention Lubricating oil deterioration monitoring device
abstract An epoch-making lubricating oil deterioration monitoring device that can be applied to a wide variety of oil types and a wide use environment, can be provided at low cost, and can be easily measured. Lubricating oil deterioration in which visible light generated from a single light source is transmitted through a lubricating oil 1 and an infrared cut filter 4 and converted into an electrical signal by a single light receiving element 5 to detect deterioration of the lubricating oil 1 In the monitor device 100, the white LED 3 is used as a light source. The device itself is extremely simple, making it smaller and less expensive. Moreover, since the light source is the white LED 3, it becomes possible to selectively measure a wavelength region in which the change in light transmittance accompanying the deterioration of the lubricating oil 1 is large. Further, by using the white LED 3, it is possible to cope with many types or use situations of the lubricating oil 1. [Selection] Figure 1
