titleOfInvention | Surface protection film |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a film for surface protection having very little fish eye, excellent blocking property without using an anti-blocking agent, excellent flexibility, improved peeling force control and feeding performance. A surface protecting film having an adhesive layer formed on one surface of a base material layer and a release treatment layer formed on the other surface, the base material layer using a metallocene catalyst, and propylene alone in the first step. Alternatively, the propylene-ethylene random copolymer and the propylene-ethylene random copolymer obtained by sequential polymerization in the second step are formed by a propylene-ethylene block copolymer having a specific MFR, and the adhesion layer is formed of a metallocene catalyst. Is a layer mainly composed of an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer having a specific density, TREF value, and molecular weight distribution. The release treatment layer has a center plane average roughness (SRa) of the release treatment layer surface. A film for surface protection which is within a range of 0.2 to 1.5 μm under specific measurement conditions. [Selection figure] None |
