PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape-type transdermally absorbable preparation comprising a hydrophilic drug layer containing a pharmaceutically effective amount of bisphosphonate on a support sheet, and on the drug layer It is comprised from the provided adhesive hydrophobic surface layer. The base of the hydrophilic drug layer is a hydrophilic acrylic copolymer synthesized from a monomer mixture mainly composed of 50 to 100% acrylic acid and 0 to 40% by weight of acrylic ester. The hydrophobic surface layer was a hydrophobic acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive synthesized from a monomer mixture mainly composed of an acrylic alkyl ester, and retained cholesterol and an antioxidant.
